Itinerary Schedule

Game Drive Begins

The adventure starts with an early morning pick up from your lode or airport. (You depart at 4pm to have the best of the adventure) and immediately, you arrive in the Masai Mara entrance, you begin the adventure right the way. From the moment you leave the airstrip, the safari begins.

You’ll explore golden plains scattered with herds of zebras, elephants, and buffalo. Lions often appear mid-morning, lounging or trailing prey.

Cheetahs might be on the move, and if you’re lucky, a leopard may be spotted resting on a tree limb.

Midday: Bush Picnic or Lodge Lunch

Depending on your plan, you’ll either enjoy a packed picnic lunch under a lone acacia tree or drive to a nearby lodge for a buffet-style meal with panoramic views of the Mara.

After lunch, continue the adventure. The light softens, and wildlife grows active again. You may track hyenas, visit the Mara River for hippo and croc sightings, or circle back for better views of the Big Five. Guides often communicate to share animal locations — you’re in good hands.

After the encounter, head back to Nairobi where you arrive in the late evening (likely around 9pm).
