Your guide picks you up early in the morning and begin a swift drive outside Nairobi city. As the city fades behind, the land opens.
You pass small towns, roadside markets, and Maasai homesteads — the rhythm of southern Kenya moving outside your window.
By late morning, you enter Amboseli. Even before check-in, you may see elephants crossing the road, ears flared against the dust. After lunch and a short rest, your first game drive begins.
It’s not a chase. It’s a quiet search. Herds of buffalo shift slowly. Giraffes stretch for acacia leaves. If the clouds allow, Kilimanjaro appears — snow-framed and still. You return to camp at sunset, just as the sky turns orange and the wind settles.
